Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Moderation

Comments on the videos are subject to prior moderation. They will be published on the site after approval by the moderator.

Participatory spaces are places where conviviality and respect for others are fundamental. Aggressive comments or posts, gratuitous mockery and vulgarity will not be published or will be deleted.

Failure to respect contributors’ rights and duties: In the event of failure to respect contributors’ rights and duties (see below) or if they break the law, comments will not be published or will be deleted. BioSanté Éditions does not notify the contributor, nor does it justify or explain its decision to remove or delete comments on the videos, in whole or in part.

Staying on topic: The moderator ensures that each message actually relates to the topic under discussion and allows for constructive debate. In particular, the moderator reserves the right to delete or not publish redundant comments.

Advertising messages and contact details: Comments containing advertising messages, classified ads, telephone numbers or postal addresses will be deleted or will not be published. Links to commercial websites will be systematically deleted or not published.

If a person subscribed to the New Spring program disrupts the smooth running of the video program or the video conferences through their behavior and comments, BioSanté reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate their subscription.

  • upload, post, publish, transmit, share, store or distribute in any way on the site any contribution that is harmful, threatening, illegal, defamatory, unauthorized, abusive, insulting, malicious, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, infringing on privacy or image rights, inciting violence or racial or ethnic hatred, or otherwise objectionable
